Design and engineering division
This department focuses on determining client needs with emphasis on future expansion capabilities and then designing the most cost effective and efficient system to meet those needs. This department is also responsible for the construction, implementation, activation and maintainance of the system.
Re-engineering and re-optimization division
This department is responsible for rejuvenating inefficient
systems with new technology. The first order of business is
usually analysing the system and determining what new software and hardware technologies are required to meet client needs. Cost-benefit analysis is the second order of business to determine wether it would be wiser to implement a new system. Finally, if deemed prudent, new technologies(hardware, software and training) are implemented.
Rapid-response-engineering division
When we say rapid response we mean millitary style, prompt action, ON-SITE, red-carpet SERVICE. This is our most important department since it portrays the true spirit of our company. This department is responsible for getting engineers, technicians and supplies to our clients within minutes or hours when immediate attention is required.
This department is also responsible for another very critical and vital service that we provide: ON-SITE
SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE COMPETENCE TRAINING.
